Return & Exchange Policy

Please double-check your size, color, and style before placing your order, as each dress is made to order.

If there’s an issue with your gown, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Returns must be pre-approved by our customer service team.

To qualify for return:

The dress must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition.
It must be returned within 14 days of return authorization.

⚠️ Custom sizes (XXS, US 24+, or very specific measurements) may be non-refundable, with store credit offered instead. In all cases, please contact us before returning an item.

We offer free repairs, but shipping both ways is at the buyer’s expense.
