Refund Policy

Almost all the products can be returned except the custom made ones. If you ordered a non customized skirt, please keep the skirt brand new with original tags and label on if you intend to return it.

Please contact us at customer.support@frimunt.com with your order number before you send the skirt back.

We will give you the return details. If you just return the the skirt to the address on the package, we can not get it and refund you.

1. If you find the skirt in wrong color or measurements, please send us clear photos within 3 working days from the day you received the skirt so you can obtain authorization to return and get a refund or change the skirt.

2. If there is obvious quality problem with the skirt, such as large stain, broken zipper or surface defects, please send us clear photos within 3 working days since you receive the skirt. so we can authorize you to return the product in order to get a refund or change the skirt.
